American Forest Management, the nation’s largest land management and land sales company, is pleased to announce the addition of Warren Teller as a Land Broker on its real estate team. Teller will work with our company’s expert staff in Richmond, Virginia, as well as assist clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Teller joins American Forest Management’s over 265 dedicated experts and comes with a background in both large-acreage land sales and transactional real estate law. Since 2001, he has been working with clients to sell or acquire land investments. A graduate of University of Georgia (Terry School of Business) and University of Richmond (T.C. Williams School of Law), Warren and his family live in the Richmond area. Prior to joining American Forest Management, he helped open and operate two real estate company offices and was successful in representing sellers and buyers in complex land transactions resulting hundreds of millions of dollars in properties sold.

Offering a suite of specialty real estate services including formal broker’s opinion of value, highest and best use analytics and third-party intermediary representation, American Forest Management’s Virginia team works with both private forestland owners and industrial clients.
