American Forest Management Names Christopher N. Singleton as Assistant Director of Investment Services and hires Jason Lashbrook as an Appraiser

American Forest Management, Inc., a forestry consulting firm, has named Christopher N. Singleton as its Assistant Director of Investment Services and Jason Lashbrook as its newest Appraiser. Singleton received his B.S. from Florida State University and M.F.R. from Clemson University. He has over 17 years of experience working in the forest products industry and private sector. Lashbrook received his B.S in Forest Management from the University of Kentucky and his M.F. from The Ohio State University.

Previously, Singleton served as Assistant Director of AFM’s Appraisal Services Group. Prior to joining American Forest Management, he worked for Temple Inland. Lashbrook has over 17 years’ experience in forest management, modeling, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He is a certified general appraiser in three states.

In his new position, Singleton will assist Tom Margo, Director of Investment Services/Real Estate, in providing analyses with AFM’s large tract sales program and with client visits and network and business development. Lashbrook’s responsibilities will include appraisals, and providing assistance with forest planning, investment analysis and GIS.
