At American Forest Management, we take your land sale personally. You can count on us to stay by your side until you get the most from your sale. We'd like to introduce you to our newest brokers who represent buyers and sellers in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Philip Weatherford is a registered forester and real estate salesman with more than 20 years of experience, and has completed projects involving thousands of acres of land and millions of dollars in standing timber. He has published articles on forest management and economics, and influenced policy for endangered species by demonstrating that well-managed, working forests are needed for wildlife conservation. Attention to detail, service, and hard work are principles that Philip uses to accomplish what is most important to his clients. If you are looking to build a legacy for the future, or thinking it may be time to capitalize on years of good stewardship, he is ready to work for you.

A native of the Carolinas, Luke has always had a passion for the South Carolina area. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Forestry & Natural Resource Management from The University of Tennessee, he worked with landowners in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina assisting them with the management of their land for wildlife and timber objectives. Luke served the local community as a Game Warden with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources in the upstate, where he was a field officer and a member of Natural Resources Dive Team. All of this experience has prepared Luke to assist area landowners in the purchase and sale of acreage real estate. He understands the local area, the land's potential, and has the ability to work with people to reach the desired outcomes for our clients.
