American Forest Management is Pleased to Announce AFM Ag Services
American Forest Management (AFM) is pleased to announce AFM Ag Services, a farmland subsidiary of AFM. AFM Ag Services has a strong history of performance in the Southeast and Delta regions due to its extensive knowledge of agriculture and its relationship with local contractors to accomplish the needs of a farm.
Currently, AFM Ag Services manages nearly 20,000 acres of farmland for clients in the southeastern United States and boasts many service offerings, like leasing services and farmland management services, and a proven record of financial gains to clients in the farmland sector. In addition to AFM’s Management team, Ag Services will be directed by Brandon DuRant, Farmland Services Manager.
DuRant said, “We are proud and excited to officially launch an agricultural product that further complements our existing suite of services giving landowners and investors a complete, holistic management approach for their properties. Agriculture is a vital component of our nation, and we want to help lead the way by working with the great farmers and landowners throughout our country.”
DuRant has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Natural Resources from Clemson University. He is a Certified Conservation Planner and NRCS Technical Service Provider in NC, SC, and Georgia. DuRant is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Prescribed Fire Manager in South Carolina. He has 16 years of experience.
