American Forest Management is Pleased to Announce AFM Ag Services

AFM Ag Services is a farmland subsidiary of American Forest Management (AFM). It was created to complement AFM's existing suite of services by offering landowners and investors a complete, holistic management approach for their properties, with a focus on agriculture in the southeastern United States and Delta regions.

AFM Ag Services offers leasing services and farmland management services, among other offerings. The subsidiary draws on extensive agricultural knowledge and relationships with local contractors to address the specific needs of each farm it manages.

AFM Ag Services currently manages nearly 20,000 acres of farmland for clients in the southeastern United States. The subsidiary has a proven record of delivering financial gains to clients in the farmland sector.

AFM Ag Services has a strong history of performance in the Southeast and Delta regions of the United States. Its work is grounded in deep local knowledge and established relationships with contractors throughout those areas.

AFM Ag Services is directed by Brandon DuRant, who serves as Farmland Services Manager. DuRant holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Natural Resources from Clemson University, is a Certified Conservation Planner and NRCS Technical Service Provider in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Prescribed Fire Manager in South Carolina. He brings 16 years of experience to the role.

AFM launched AFM Ag Services to give landowners and investors a more complete, holistic approach to managing their properties. As Brandon DuRant explained at the launch, agriculture is a vital component of the nation, and AFM wanted to better serve the farmers and landowners it works with by adding farmland management to its existing suite of services.
