Todd Lotter

Todd Lotter is an Area Manager based in Parsons, WV. He serves clients across a wide range of counties and cities in West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Ohio, covering areas such as Morgantown, Wheeling, Pittsburgh, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, and Cumberland, among many others.

Todd has 38 years of experience in the forestry field. He brings extensive hands-on knowledge to his role as an Area Manager, working with landowners and other parties to develop plans that meet both individual and shared goals.

Todd holds an associate's degree in Forestry and an associate's degree in Forest Technology from SUNY Alfred Agricultural and Technical College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is a Licensed Forester in Maryland and a Registered Forester in North Carolina and West Virginia. He is also an American Tree Farm Qualified Inspector.
