James "Bo" Reid

Bo Reid serves as a Wildlife Biologist focused on Land and Recreational Licenses in AFM's Texas Region. His day-to-day work varies widely, covering deer management, threatened and endangered species work, and hunting lease administration. He enjoys the diversity of projects and the freedom to develop unique solutions for each landowner's situation.

Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Wildlife Management from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Wildlife Biologist with The Wildlife Society and a Certified Scorer in Texas Big Game Awards. He is also a member of The Wildlife Society and the Texas Wildlife Association.

Bo Reid began his career in 2018, giving him several years of hands-on experience in wildlife and forestry work. His background includes both academic training and practical field experience across a range of wildlife management projects in the Texas Region.
