Bryan Crosby

Bryan Crosby, District Manager in Bamberg, South Carolina, started his career in 1997. He has an Associate of Science degree in Forest Technology from Abraham Baldwin College, is a Registered Forester in SC, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in SC and GA. Bryan is a Certified Tree Farm Inspector, a Certified Prescribed Burn Manager, a Board Member of the Willow Swamp Watershed Conservation District, and a member of the Society of American Foresters and the South Carolina Forestry Association.

Why did you pursue a career in forestry? Forestry felt like a natural fit for me, not only because of my personal interests, but also because several members of my family were in the field. Their influence and experiences inspired me to follow a similar path and continue the tradition of working in and caring for our forest.

What do you like about your role with AFM? No two days are the same. I’m constantly learning, growing, and taking on new challenges. Most importantly, I have the privilege of helping landowners manage and grow their forest to their highest potential, while ensuring they receive the value they deserve for their timber.
