Species Surveys and Management
AFM licenses exclusive hunting rights on its clients’ properties. A price is assigned to each property based on factors such as:
- Number of Acres
- Habitat Quality
- Variety and Number of Game Species
- Presence of Water
- Proximity to Population Centers
Hunting and recreational access is generally licensed for a period of one year to individuals and hunt clubs who agree to the terms and conditions. Those currently holding leases on properties have the first option to renew their lease before it
is offered for general lease.
